Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms cover the Nestmark browser extension, the website at nestmark.dev and the service behind them (together, "Nestmark"). By installing the extension or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Nestmark.
What Nestmark does
Nestmark suggests folders for your browser bookmarks and, depending on your settings, moves them there. Paid features also reorganize existing bookmarks, check them for dead links and duplicates, and search them by meaning. The bookmarks themselves stay in your browser; see the privacy policy for what is sent to our servers.
Your account
- You can use a limited free allowance without an account. Signing in requires a Google account or an email address you control.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@nestmark.dev if you think someone else has access to it.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
Plans and payment
- Nestmark Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance. Current prices are listed on the pricing section of this site.
- Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment details, invoices and sales tax. We never see your card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it by email, at least 14 days in advance.
- Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly number of automatic filings and reorganizations, shown on the pricing section. When you reach a limit, the feature pauses until the next month or until you upgrade; nothing else stops working.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nestmark to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to get around usage limits (for example with many fake accounts or installs), or to resell access to it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data and our software
Your bookmarks are yours. We claim no rights over them and use the titles and addresses you send only to provide the feature you asked for. Nestmark's software, name and design remain ours; you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while these terms apply.
Suggestions can be wrong
Folder suggestions are automated and sometimes wrong. Nestmark shows you where a bookmark is going before it moves, never deletes bookmarks on its own, and lets you undo a reorganization. Still, keep your own backup if a bookmark collection matters to you — Chrome can export bookmarks at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nestmark running but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Nestmark Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Disclaimer and liability
Nestmark is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Nestmark is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Ending
You can stop using Nestmark at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account. We may end these terms for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks them, after notice where reasonable.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users by email before the change takes effect.
